I stumbled upon this recipe while cruising the blogosphere. My family has been on a mango kick lately, and I have shared a couple recipes here on my blog. One of which my husband (Michael) came up with, and it has been well received. Please let me know if you try this one. It's delicious!~Michelle
Ingredients
1 pint of strawberries cut in quarters
2 mangoes cubed
1 lime
Tsp of sugar or a splash of orange juice
Mint leaves
Preparation
Cut the berries and mangoes
Add juice from one lime and zest
Sugar or OJ to taste
Mint to garnish
