You should take this course if you: 
  • Want to prepare to recertify for the IBLCE exam
  • Want to prepare to take the IBLCE exam for the first time
  • Have recently completed a 3-6 day breastfeeding program before 2011 & want to update your knowledge. If the 3-6 day program was in 2011 you may still want to take the May 18 exam review.
  • Are an IBCLC and want to earn CERPs while updating your knowledge
This course is designed for you if you meet ONE or more of the following:
  • Have attended a comprehensive 3-6 day program in breastfeeding education
  • Have strong clinical skills in assisting breastfeeding families
  • Are licensed/certified as a health care professional and have strong clinical skills in assisting breastfeeding families
  • Have met the IBLCE exam eligibility requirements
May 16-17 covers the IBLCE exam blueprint that will provide a foundation for study and practice. May 18 will cover test taking strategies, photos and practice exams.
